OlliOlli World was just the start of a blockbuster month for video game releases in 2022. This bright and enjoyable skateboarding action-adventure game is great. The third installment of the OlliOlli franchise is the best one thus far. It includes tons of user personalization and freedom, incredibly fluid gameplay mechanics and controls, and a killer soundtrack. Just be sure to grind and kick-flip in style with OlliOlli World, whatever you do. It is the skateboarding dream come true! Also very persuasive is the 87 percent rating on Metacritic.

The fun action role-playing FPS game Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will have you plundering, shooting, stabbing, and casting your path to triumph over the Dragon Lord. It is an accomplishment in and of itself that Gearbox Software and 2K’s March release lived up to the expectation and anticipation. Play online with up to three people and use a wide range of weapons to destroy tons of skeletons and enormous bosses! What are you waiting for, then?
Warhammer III: Total War
A fantastic series comes to a spectacular conclusion with Total War: Warhammer III. It’s impossible to stop playing this turn-based strategy and real-time tactics video game from Sega and Creative Assembly. A full day could pass you by in the blink of an eye! Control the war with your soldiers and plan how to kick the adversary in the butt. Total War: Warhammer III’s campaigns can be played with up to 8 players, thus each game will ever feel the same. Will you gather your strength and engage in your most difficult conflicts yet? Put your boots on because it’s going to be an exciting yet bumpy ride. Oh, and there will be even more content to adore with a DLC arriving next month. A true fan favorite, Total War: Warhammer III currently has an amazing Metacritic score of 86 percent.
The Forgotten Land (Kirby)
There is only positive energy in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. It’s a platform game from Nintendo and HAL Laboratory that sends you on a joyous quest to save the Waddle Dees and battle powerful foes. Playing with this adorable pink puff ball is a delight, and he takes Muhammad Ali’s adage—”Fly like a butterfly, sting like a bee”—very seriously. And this is a game you’ll want to get your hands on, regardless of whether you were feeling nostalgic thinking about Kirby and Muhammad Ali or had never heard of either before. Play alone or with a friend, and use the freeze, float, and poke techniques to win!
In the independent point-and-click adventure game Norco, players can explore New Orleans, Louisiana’s twisted suburbs and industrial marshes. Shredder’s Revenge, a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Amazing TMNT games from the past. The classics from Tribute Games and Dotemu have been updated and are now much better than before. You may enjoy the ideal blend of vibrant pixel graphics, modern beat ’em up gameplay, and furious, action-packed fighting in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge. It is extremely enjoyable. Choose your character, bring your five closest friends, and engage Shredder in combat to prove who is the boss. You’ve been warned—not it’s him.
Another excellent independent novel for 2022. The isometric action-adventure game Tunic, created by Canadian Andrew Shouldice and released by Finji, is a standout. You take on the role of a small fox who explores a hazardous world, gathers potent objects, unearths mysteries, and battles frightening monsters. Tunic is a happy entry into this well-known genre, complete with charming, bright graphics and intelligent puzzles. Tunic is a fascinating Zelda-inspired ARPG that develops into something broader than its design suggests, as we stated in our review.
The Forbidden West in Horizon
When Horizon Forbidden West was revealed, excitement was at an all-time high. Fans were certain that the follow-up will be at least as good as Horizon Zero Dawn. Thankfully, Sony and Guerrilla Games came through with flying colors. Horizon Forbidden West’s sequel is equally thrilling, graphically amazing, and intense as the first one. In addition to the apparent changes in location and landscape, Aloy’s universe has some brand-new elements that are a lot of fun to explore. Unsurprisingly, the critics loved this ferocious game, giving it an average score of 88 on Metacritic. Even so, we gave it a 94! Are you willing to embark on a mystical quest to unearth ancient secrets and face off against some mechanical beasts? Throw yourself into one of the best experiences 2022 has to offer right now.
Is Elden Ring’s position at the top of this list truly a surprise? Five months after its debut, many gamers are still talking about it, despite the fact that it was only published at the end of February. It has a deep and moving story, and the expansive setting provides a depth that is frequently absent from games in the open-world action RPG genre.
